Lion LLC Tools

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are the end-user license agreement for Lion LLC Tools (the "Tools"), private command-line utilities operated by Lion, LLC ("Lion," "we," "us," or "our") that connect to Google services, including YouTube, through Google's APIs.

1. Private, Internal Use Only

The Tools are built and operated by Lion, LLC for its own internal use. They are not offered to, licensed to, or usable by the public. Use of the Tools is limited to personnel authorized by Lion, LLC. No license or right of any kind is granted to anyone else.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

The Tools use YouTube API Services. By using YouTube features of the Tools, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and Lion's in the Lion LLC Tools Privacy Policy.

3. Relationship to Google

The Tools are not made, endorsed, or supported by Google LLC. YouTube and Google are trademarks of Google LLC.

4. Acceptable Use

Authorized users may use the Tools only to manage accounts and YouTube channels that Lion, LLC owns, and only in line with the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube's Community Guidelines, and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The Tools and all related materials are the property of Lion, LLC. All rights reserved.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lion, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to use of the Tools.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
