LionBB QuickBooks Tools

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are the end-user license agreement for LionBB QuickBooks Tools (the "Tool"), a private software integration operated by Lion, LLC ("Lion," "we," "us," or "our") that connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's developer platform.

1. Private, Internal Use Only

The Tool is built and operated by Lion, LLC for its own internal bookkeeping. It is not offered to, licensed to, or usable by the public. Use of the Tool is limited to personnel authorized by Lion, LLC. No license or right of any kind is granted to anyone else.

2. Relationship to Intuit

The Tool uses the QuickBooks Online API under Intuit's developer terms. The Tool is not made, endorsed, or supported by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.

3. Acceptable Use

Authorized users may use the Tool only for Lion, LLC's bookkeeping and record keeping, and only against QuickBooks Online companies that Lion, LLC owns and administers.

The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. The Tool assists with bookkeeping; it does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lion, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to use of the Tool.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
