This Privacy Policy describes how Lion, LLC ("Lion," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with LionBB QuickBooks Tools (the "Tool"), a private software integration that connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's developer platform.

1. What the Tool Is

The Tool is an internal bookkeeping utility built and operated by Lion, LLC for its own accounting. It is not distributed to the public, has no public sign-up, and is used only by authorized personnel of Lion, LLC on company-controlled devices.

2. Information the Tool Accesses

With authorization granted through Intuit's OAuth consent process, the Tool accesses accounting data in QuickBooks Online companies owned by Lion, LLC. This includes transactions, accounts, vendors, and document attachments. The Tool accesses only companies that Lion, LLC itself owns and administers.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

The Tool does not collect information from the public. It has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising services, and no tracking technologies. It does not collect personal information about anyone other than what already exists in Lion, LLC's own accounting records (for example, vendor names on invoices).

4. How Information Is Stored and Used

• Accounting data and supporting documents (such as invoices and receipts) are stored on Lion, LLC-controlled devices and systems and used solely for bookkeeping, tax preparation, and record keeping.
• API credentials and access tokens are stored locally on company-controlled devices and are never published or shared.
• Information is retained as long as required for tax and accounting purposes under applicable law.

5. Sharing

We do not sell data. Information is shared only with Intuit (as necessary to use the QuickBooks Online API), with Lion, LLC's professional advisors (such as its accountant), and where required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including OAuth-based authorization, locally stored credentials, and access limited to authorized personnel. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Disconnecting

Access granted to the Tool can be revoked at any time from the connected Intuit account's app settings, which invalidates the Tool's tokens.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
